Your job as a Digital Inserter Operator will ensure customer expectations by producing a quality digital print product with our modern manufacturing equipment. To do this, you will calibrate and set up and operator high-performance machines, conduct regular maintenance on equipment to achieve maximum performance based on equipment specifications, stick to production schedules, and maintain inventory for digital printing jobs.
Also, your job will require you to communicate effectively with all levels of production and leadership, as well as and have a team-first mindset.
While some of these tactical tasks might be completely new to you, we provide hands-on training that equips you with all the skills you'll need to be successful. Also, we have really great and knowledgeable people who want to help you learn!
SCHEDULE
Our new members of the Manufacturing Operations Team will work FOUR, 10-hour shifts with overtime available. Dayshift works 7AM â?? 5PM. Enjoy a three-day weekend every other week.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
While prior manufacturing experience would be great, it is not a requirement. The requirements are:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to understand and apply instructions
- Basic mathematical skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude towards safety and security
- Computer experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
