USD $60,000. 00/Yr. Overview. JOB SUMMARY:Provides appropriate and clinically indicated services to clients. Maintains clinical records within all federal, state, and city regulations documenting all services provided. Responsibilities. ESSENTIAL TASKS: Completes clinical assessments. Provides direct clinical services including individual, group, and crisis intervention as clinically indicated, including (but not limited to): outreach, assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, group and individual clinical psychoeducation and psychotherapy, skills development, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and referral. Work closely with other community providers, including (but not limited to): psychopharmacology, case management, probation and parole, emergency services, health services, and Adult Protective Services to insure that clients receive comprehensive, coordinated services and treatment. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Participate in clinical case conferences and treatment planning meetings. Documents service provision and maintain clinical records in a timely manner in accordance with ICL policies and guidelines, and state and local governmental entities, and CARF accreditation standards. Complies with managed care requirements including consulting with care coordinators, obtaining treatment authorization, and providing necessary documentation. Provides services in accordance with ethics, expertise and standards as described in the ICL policy on employee ethics and as defined by the applicable professional ethics-setting group (NASW, e. g. ). Maintains the highest level of professional competence through attendance and participation in staff development training activities. Attends weekly individual supervision with Program Director. Participate in program development and refinement. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Master in Social Work or related field. Relevant years of experience
